“Unfortunately I wrecked my brand new car and Gregg Orr Collision was amazing and turned a horrible situation into an awesome experience. I didn’t get to meet anyone in the pain or tech departments but they did an amazing job fixing my car! The paint matches perfectly and it looks brand new again. The sales rep, Christian, was absolutely the best!! I can’t thank him enough he was so compassionate and kind, he kept me updated and informed on every step and detail and sent me videos and pictures throughout the process and even called to make sure everything was going smoothly after I picked it up. “They made getting my rear glass painless. They had the replacement in one day and worked with my schedule for the appointment. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly. I took a walk while they were working on my vehicle. They finished sooner than they thought and they came and picked me up and took me back to the shop. If I had anything negative to say it would be I wish they had removed the broken glass that had fallen into to rear door but that might not have been their responsibility. I would highly recommend this business.”
