“They made getting my rear glass painless. They had the replacement in one day and worked with my schedule for the appointment. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly. I took a walk while they were working on my vehicle. They finished sooner than they thought and they came and picked me up and took me back to the shop. If I had anything negative to say it would be I wish they had removed the broken glass that had fallen into to rear door but that might not have been their responsibility. I would highly recommend this business.”

“When my girlfriend said she wanted to replace the windshield on her car, I was hesitant. My expectations were that the cost would be higher than the value of the vehicle itself, it would take weeks to do, and we would only find out it was taken care of by calling repeatedly. The auto shop she chose was in a less-than-ideal neighborhood which only intensified my worries.I was completely and totally wrong. She called yesterday to set up the service and dropped her car off this morning. “Unfortunately I wrecked my brand new car and Gregg Orr Collision was amazing and turned a horrible situation into an awesome experience. I didn’t get to meet anyone in the pain or tech departments but they did an amazing job fixing my car! The paint matches perfectly and it looks brand new again. The sales rep, Christian, was absolutely the best!!
