“They did great work, fixed my back windshield, detailed the entire car so it looks the same as when I bought it. Heck they even replaced the battery in my key fob. They provided regular updates and even dealt with my insurance, never had to chase anyone down or call twice”

“All in all, we had a good experience with Twin City and the work was very good. We had to have an entire door replaced on a car, and they did a great job. The return time was about a week longer than we were initially told. We did have some trouble with the other parties insurance, resulting in Twin City Collision withholding our car from us (which we in part understood because they had not been paid, but was also a little frustrating because this was supposed to happen directly from the Insurer and we were told we didnt have to do anything else by both parties), but this time was not included in the additional week. We were told 1 1/2 - 2 weeks, and got the phone call that they were finished at about week 3. And then did not actually receive our car for a few days after that until we could get a hold of the other parties insurance. But, we realize this wasn't Twin Cities Fault, and they did very good work. We do wish they would have initially been a little more helpful in guiding us to the right place with the insurance, which is why I am rating 4/5 stars. Still worth giving them a try.”

I bought brand new windshield wipers in Durant Oklahoma yesterday evening, and they were not thrilled helping me put them on.. i left for a work route the next morning at 5am and the driver side windshield wiper flew off my car. I stopped in Auto zone in Texarkana, Ricky helped replaced the wiper and put it on my car with a smile on his face. He was so helpful and so Nice! Thank you Ricky!!”
