“All in all, we had a good experience with Twin City and the work was very good. We had to have an entire door replaced on a car, and they did a great job. The return time was about a week longer than we were initially told. We did have some trouble with the other parties insurance, resulting in Twin City Collision withholding our car from us (which we in part understood because they had not been paid, but was also a little frustrating because this was supposed to happen directly from the Insurer and we were told we didnt have to do anything else by both parties), but this time was not included in the additional week. We were told 1 1/2 - 2 weeks, and got the phone call that they were finished at about week 3. And then did not actually receive our car for a few days after that until we could get a hold of the other parties insurance. But, we realize this wasn't Twin Cities Fault, and they did very good work. We do wish they would have initially been a little more helpful in guiding us to the right place with the insurance, which is why I am rating 4/5 stars. Still worth giving them a try.”

I didn’t get to meet anyone in the pain or tech departments but they did an amazing job fixing my car! The paint matches perfectly and it looks brand new again.
