“There’s been a BIG improvement on the Richmond- Mason Rd. Location all from the efforts of the manager ( Alta) she is constantly in the halls making her rounds cleaning up/checking units making sure everything is up to her standards. She puts more miles on that cleaning cart than her car driving to from work. She replaced all broken wheels on the flat moving carts, and I think they added cell boosters as now you can use your phone anywhere inside with no issues, and the lighting has been upgraded or bulbs changed etc. in addition to NO more screws or objects in tires near the door areas. It’s the small details that she pays attention to. It’s really nice no having to repair tires since she has been here. Thanks to Alta doing what she does. My wife, and I appreciate her very much!!!!!”

“Reserving online was simple, easy to follow. The map shows you exactly where your unit is and I like the location of my unit, easy to get to. It was clean upon arrival. Love the overall location, it’s only about 7 minutes from my house in a safe area. I spent 2 days searching and comparing online and this location had the best pricing for the size that I needed. It was a great experience overall and I hope it continues to be.”

Excellent drainage - did not flood during Harvey. No crowded aisles. Good turn around space. If there is any problem, owners are very responsive to a quick phone call and are often seen onsite doing inspections. Nicely secluded in a country setting but easy access to Grand Parkway.”
