After reserving a 10" truck, and when a previous customer didn't return it on time, she had no choice but to schedule me for 4:15 pm the next day. However, she called me the following morning once it was brought back and changed my reservation to 10 am which helped me out tremendously. The service was quick and efficient. “Customer service is excellent. I rented a U-Box for an extended period of time, the U-Box was in good shape, almost new. Location is great, south of 1093 on 723. They're not very busy like other U-Haul locations, so it's very quick in and out.”
