What keeps me loyal and comfortable enough to keep valuable belongs and family heirlooms isPatricia. She runs this location with her customers in mind.My mother was very fond of her. Mom lost her sister and she trusted Patricia with her sisters belongings. Mom had a stroke and we moved from a large house to a small apartment and once again Patricia made a very hard time easier. I moved to Florida for my job and stayed there several years and never worried.Patricia has earned a great deal of community respect through tragic personal loss, flooding, snow storms and a neighborhood that needed strong management to send the message not to mess with the storage units!I would highly recommend storing here, Patricia builds a wonderful team and secuirty for her clients. A rare skill set these days.”

“Yesterday we rented a climate-controlled storage space from Amnesty. The facility was clean, secure, in a good location and priced fairly. Amnesty showed us 3 units and we rented one across the hall from the larger elevator. We found the prices on CubeSmart’s website, and finalized the lease online on my phone, all while seated in Amnesty’s office. We produced the Declaration Page of our home insurance policy and by-passed purchasing on-site storage insurance (another savings). We had looked at 3 competing self-storage facilities and liked CubeSmart best, and Amnesty was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!”

“First of all, Ryan, the manager, is the man! He rocks! However, I hate this storage facility that he works at. I’ve had my belongings robbed from this “secured” facility in excess of $17K. Their facility doesn’t work when I go there. However, management is very good about customer service. Just two days ago the facility was broken again and I couldn’t access my storage unit at 8:30pm on a Friday. I then called customer service and they put me in touch with management. Management then sent a rock star person (Ryan) to help on the scene and he was there in 15 minutes! I did not expect this. So Ryan shows up and chills the situation and was extremely professional, pleasant, and courteous. He went out of his way over and above my expectations to allow me access to my storage locker. Again, I didn’t expect him to do this on a late Friday night. The man is a gentleman and a very stand up guy. He needs to be promoted and assigned to a larger facility with more responsibility.”
