“Nov 2023 - Moving Day. We chose this place after our disappointment with Public Storage. We were only stopping in to ask questions. However, Shay did such a great job with answers, explanations, and tour. We went "All In" with CubeSmart. This place is so much better than Public Storage. We got the same size locker (10×20) with a higher ceiling, lights in the locker, with two different size trolleys, and best of all, it's half the cost. You heard thst right, HALF THE PRICE!!. So our initial experience is outstanding.??”

I would happily rent a storage unit or a U-Haul truck from John at this location any time!”

“Had a unit here for nearly 2+ years. Rick, the manager was always friendly & accommodating to my needs. He would send text reminders if auto-pay was unsuccessful or card needed to be updated. When I was struggling he helped me find a smaller unit that wasn't too far from my previous one & fit my budget. The place was always clean & well kept with dollys available. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.”

“It seems like a great place to store your odds and ends - appears clean and secure - if I needed a place it would due as it had plenty of Wi-Fi and cameras - completely concrete and looks to be temperature controlled. Looked clean and tidy - we were there just finding a place to walk the dog and gave it a Hard look! I approve and Kona Approved! Drone shot shows it to the right of the RV Park.”

“Alex and his team are great. Prices are good, and service is good. Only reason I remove a star is because it was said to be climate controlled... and instead is in a warehouse with fans pumping air throughout... but anything in there will get HOT, or cold. As long as you are aware of this, then it will be fine for you. We did have some mold in one of our units, a snake in one, and a bunch of field mice that made their home in our stuff. For the most part though, everything was fine. Alex was more than accommodating, and we will use him in the future.”

“We’ve been storing our business equipment here for the last 6 years and we’ve had no issues and we have no complaints. Gate access allows us to pick up our equipment anytime. We do parking lot sweeping and pressure washing which is mostly at night so gate access late at night is a plus!”
