“I always have a good experience getting clothes that fit me here. The clothes are comfy and fit well without making me look like a tent. Anna is always super friendly and more than willing to help and give suggestions if asked. Take advantage of their clearance sales. I got 2 shirts, 1 pair of jeans (all clearance items + 40% the clearance price) and a pair of regular priced shorts for $79 total with tax. Mind you their regular priced jeans are $80. I would call my grab a win :)”

With his impeccably precise leadership skills and respectful approach in finding a solution ensured a seamless positive resolution.That left me speechless. Furthermore, Manager Angelo's considerate communication not only clarified that the fault did not lie with me but also provided genuine reassurance.When I before hand felt there would be no way of correcting this error.This remarkable level of service has instilled in me a renewed sense of trust and eagerness to continue our Sunday Fundays of future purchases for our shoes. At this location.I do want to give credit as well to the young lady, I did speak with on the phone ?, that is a new hired on manager. Before speaking to Angelo. I did forget her name, during the long process of speaking with Customer Service. “I visited this boutique on Sunday. I got a feeling the place was BOB by the clothing in the window, but when I would go to our restaurant, it would be outside her hours.I finally caught it open and stopped. Soon as I saw the owner, I lit up and felt welcomed by her energy. She was sooooo nice and open. I was going to buy one thing regardless. She showed me around and pointed out a few things she thought would be cute on me that were also on sale. I bought five things. I will be going back. I am going to take others.Besides the fact that the prices, even when not on sale, are fair for the lovely items she's selling, her customer service is TOP TIER!!! She asked me what I wanted to see more or different in her boutique than what she already supplies. There were free refreshments. It was clean and organized.I'm going back this coming Sunday after our function at the restaurant to take my mom, for sure! You will not be disappointed. ???????”

“Love, love, love the clothes here and have been a customer for many years. Not sure exactly what is going on with sales staff & online returns lately. Two different circumstances and two different women. One wouldn’t exchange a size that was in the store & one wouldn’t research an exchange that wasn’t recorded. Both totaled to a $7 difference (the cost of a latte) - not a lot of money - in the past, customer service was never a problem. When I’m buying a full price item and pieces are being brought to the dressing room feel valued. The same level of service isn’t always extended with online returns. Today, like my other negative experience, was dismissed without further discussion.”
