With his impeccably precise leadership skills and respectful approach in finding a solution ensured a seamless positive resolution.That left me speechless. Furthermore, Manager Angelo's considerate communication not only clarified that the fault did not lie with me but also provided genuine reassurance.When I before hand felt there would be no way of correcting this error.This remarkable level of service has instilled in me a renewed sense of trust and eagerness to continue our Sunday Fundays of future purchases for our shoes. At this location.I do want to give credit as well to the young lady, I did speak with on the phone ?, that is a new hired on manager. Before speaking to Angelo. I did forget her name, during the long process of speaking with Customer Service. “I've never been to a medical uniform store before, so I can't exactly gage the selection of the store.I will say I found what I was looking for and the saleswoman was kind. I found the scrubs I chose to be very comfortable and I was delighted to find the jogger style pants.The only off putting thing was seeing gnats flying around. While I was combing through the selection I saw gnats on the clothing and at the register. I'm sure it can be a simple fix. It was a nuisance.Also, whoever responds to those reviewing could sure use a bit more tact and professionalism. It goes a long way!Happy hunting :)”

“My favorite local clothing store! Friendly and helpful sales people. Low turnover, so they recognize me. Love that JJill carries Talls which are hard to find, although I have to order them online. But they help with that. I like that they bring in new styles often, and mark down things often with some sales. However, they changed their clearance rack to be organized by same styles grouped together, rather than by sizes. Takes me much longer to look through each type of item to see if they have in my size, than to just look through items I KNOW they have in my size. Makes it harder to look also when others are looking at the same time, because everyone has to look at them all, not just their size. Not enough space for that. Please return to what you did before.”

The sales person was great and patient with me and help me out with trying on a few different styles. After she did my foot exam and asked what bits I was interested in she pulled them and explained in detail about the choices. I went with the eco lite boots and today was the first day in them and wow what a difference in getting the right boot and set up. “Great and helpful staff. I’ve bought several boards here and the staff has consistently been very helpful. I ordered all the components for a whole setup online and they still assembled it in the store for me. My wife ordered a board online too and they had it assembled for her when she went to pick it up.Besides just being helpful with the builds, they’re skaters in there too so they know their stuff and have good recommendations. I’m almost 40 and have been skating 35 years. I know my stuff pretty well, but I’m always open for suggestions on new gear and trends. It’s great to see a store so accessible (in the mall) with such a cool staff. They definitely earned repeat business from my family.”

The other store would not take them back even though it was not my girl's fault they are the wrong shoes. We had the ribbons in them already. Tina Downs a full fitting appointment with my daughter. She helped her with the ribbons to give some relief and help support better. We are forever grateful. We've purchased shoes and clothing in the past here but went to a different place because it was closer to us. We are definitely returning no matter how far it is from us. Thank you Jazz rags.
