“I've never been to a medical uniform store before, so I can't exactly gage the selection of the store.I will say I found what I was looking for and the saleswoman was kind. I found the scrubs I chose to be very comfortable and I was delighted to find the jogger style pants.The only off putting thing was seeing gnats flying around. While I was combing through the selection I saw gnats on the clothing and at the register. I'm sure it can be a simple fix. It was a nuisance.Also, whoever responds to those reviewing could sure use a bit more tact and professionalism. It goes a long way!Happy hunting :)”

“Tina the manager was an excellent help. My daughter was fitted incorrectly at another dance business and Tina went the extra mile to try to help us. The other store would not take them back even though it was not my girl's fault they are the wrong shoes. We had the ribbons in them already. Tina Downs a full fitting appointment with my daughter. She helped her with the ribbons to give some relief and help support better. We are forever grateful. We've purchased shoes and clothing in the past here but went to a different place because it was closer to us. We are definitely returning no matter how far it is from us. Thank you Jazz rags. “This store has almost everything you need for work, play, fun, and fashion. The gentleman who assisted us was kind, courteous, and helpful. We found the sizes we sought in jeans, shirts, and boots. We also witnessed people purchasing cowboy hats. There is an excellent selection for men and women. We will be back.”

“I want to share a little about good customer service. I ordered online for a grill to be delivered to this store for pickup. Part of the request was to keep it in the box for later use, as we are having an outdoor kitchen built. The grill came in, but the 3rd party used to assemble them ignored the instructions on the box NOT TO ASSEMBLE. When I came in to take delivery, they asked if an assembled unit would work; it would not. Holly and Greg, from this store, went above and beyond to personally locate and retrieve a boxed, unassembled grill from another store and had it available for me to pick up within two hours! And they took full responsibility for the mix-up. I am beyond satisfied, because I know sometimes hiccups with special orders can occur. But these two valuable employees know how to make things right and how to treat customers. As a result, I will continue to shop there.”

Huge array of boots in a wide range of styles; tons of clothing and accessories, and attentive staff quick to help but not intrusive or pushy. PLUS they had exactly what I wanted which was a bonus. Would definitely return to this store.”
