“If you’re looking to smell good without a huge price tag this is your spot to go to. They hand make all of your premium men’s colognes so Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Tom ford you name it they can make it and replicate it for you the best thing is that they’re oil based so they last all day. I get so many compliments every day. They’ve got clothes, sneakers and everything. Great spot highly recommend and the people working there are fantastic they already know who I am been going there for all my cologne needs with them.”

“Ordered a Dash Jersey online for my daughter for her birthday. Unfortunately the Jersey I picked out was out of stock and would not be in until after the game I was taking my daughter to. Tyler reached out to me and asked if there was another jersey and that he would make sure it was at the location I needed it to be at before the game. Best part is, I let my daughter pick the jersey after the one I picked was on back order (it wasn’t even her second favorite option) she ultimately got the one she wanted. “I purchased a shirt at the memorial city mall location and came back to our side of town to find a tear in the Nike shirt I purchased for my son. The woodlands mall location said no problem and exchanged the shirt with ease for the same shirt . Thank you and also when we were there, my kid messed something up and they were so nice everyone minded their business and while I tried to pick up what my kid messed up . It was nice that they left me alone while I corrected my kid . I've been places where they are like oooh its ok . . No it's not ok let me correct my kid and they let me do it and I appreciate it 5 stars”

“I want to share a little about good customer service. I ordered online for a grill to be delivered to this store for pickup. Part of the request was to keep it in the box for later use, as we are having an outdoor kitchen built. The grill came in, but the 3rd party used to assemble them ignored the instructions on the box NOT TO ASSEMBLE. When I came in to take delivery, they asked if an assembled unit would work; it would not. Holly and Greg, from this store, went above and beyond to personally locate and retrieve a boxed, unassembled grill from another store and had it available for me to pick up within two hours! And they took full responsibility for the mix-up. I am beyond satisfied, because I know sometimes hiccups with special orders can occur. But these two valuable employees know how to make things right and how to treat customers. As a result, I will continue to shop there.”
