Entrance/exit was always a breeze and Diane made the moving out process as smooth as possible.ORIGINAL: I showed up very end of day to set up a storage unit and Diane went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and needs. Which was appreciated, since my car was already full of items to store! I had neglected to bring my own locks but she had some quality locks to offer me (a bit pricey but it was my own fault for not planning ahead). Looking forward to working together!”

“I often stop by after hours. It never fails while I'm there, that I need to use the bathroom facilities. However, they are always locked; once even during the daytime.On my last visit, a beetle was making its way in the hall. A bit further was a dead cricket. I have clothes, linens, rugs, etc., in storage. I hope I don't find any of those critters in my unit or belongings when I move out.Besides those small factors, in the big picture, this is a very well-run storage facility.”

“Had a space here for a few years. Never had an issue. Gate was ALWAYS in working order. Staff easy to get a hold of and change the gate code monthly. My only complaint was parking under a large tree in the back and would constantly find ants and spiders all over my vehicle because of it. Just comes with being an uncovered outdoor facility I guess”
