Looking at other Storage facilities and seeing better options for larger units.The 5 star review is strictly for Jason the manager. I have rented at this facility for 12 years. Jason has always been professional, kind, patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He goes the EXTRA mile! His customer service skills are spot on even with individuals in various scenarios. I wish he would come to work at my property management company.Jason is an asset!!Since Public Storage has taken over not happy about 1 of the payment options I have been used to for the past 12 years has been removed. It's made it a bit inconvenient for me!!Again Jason ROCKS!!”

They're always there for you, whether you're moving in or out or just have a question or need some help with something.I stored my things here for over a year and a half. It was a very safe location - I didn't even mind stopping by here at night by myself - and I never had any problems with pests of any kind or anything getting damp or wet. It was also very convenient, being able to just drive up right in front of my unit.Keep in mind, as well, if you live in the city, the prices here are much better than toward the center of Dallas. Pay less to have your things kept more safely and likely with more convenient access to your unit.”
