Donna at Lake Lewisville RV/BoatStorage is a true pleasure to work with. I have been renting from them for a while now and I have to say, they provide incredible customer service and they keep the place very clean at all times. 2 RVs were stolen and manager was incompetent, failing to ask why one of the thiefs were blocking the gate from closing. Management does NOT know how to check camera feeds and was unable to provide police with recordings in a timely fashion. Do not expect the manager to stop, question, report, or assist with stolen property.
