Donna at Lake Lewisville RV/BoatStorage is a true pleasure to work with. I have been renting from them for a while now and I have to say, they provide incredible customer service and they keep the place very clean at all times. I am very happy there and would recommend anyone looking for storage to reach out to Donna directly!

NOT secure at all. Cameras are not able to pick up license plates. Facility is NOT liable if someone steals your property from their lot.Workers ignored someone blocking the gate and didn't even notice 2 RVs were stolen this morning.Management doesn't even know how to check all cameras for the police to review.UPDATE: Police confirmed cameras were too grainy to pick up license plates.Don't expect the manager to do their job and question anyone breaking the rules.Facility is NOT secure.

2 RVs were stolen and manager was incompetent, failing to ask why one of the thiefs were blocking the gate from closing. Management does NOT know how to check camera feeds and was unable to provide police with recordings in a timely fashion. Do not expect the manager to stop, question, report, or assist with stolen property.

Conveniently located in Lewisville. It has a gated entry and security cameras. It has both open and covered spots for your boat or RV/trailer. Most of the renters have RV's or trailers. It has a restroom and site along with hose for water. There is an ice machine as well which you pay for. The people that run it are very nice and care about their customers. Overall it is a nice facility. The last place I rented had no people on site every time I went there nor restroom and they were more expensive.

Good place to park large vehicles. Clean, secure parking at reasonable prices.

DO NOT PUT YOUR RV HERE! My brand new travel trailer was stolen from this lot within a few months after leasing here. It was recovered and a total loss. My out of pocket was $2,000. When Lake Lewisville RV was asked if they had coverage to help wit the loss and my deductible, they pointed to the lease agreement saying it was my responsibility. It is their responsibility to provide secure gated access & monitored cameras, but I know for a fact, the manager handed out access codes as if they were meaningless. There is "the contract" and there is customer service. Clearly, LLRV doesn't understand the value of the latter.
