“Hello' Penske Fans! I recently went to Penske Truck Rental, July 12th weekend. When I called the toll free number the Customer Service people were all kind'. Professional, Interpersonal, and eager to help. Everything was affordable even the insurance. I picked the truck up at a service center from a Home Depot in Lewisville Texas. I like the way they handle things. Especially, because they close by 9:00 pm. I mean really, How convenient is that? Oh, yeah, and get this, They accept Groupons you guys" That's like a hot fudge sundae with a cherry on top. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with over 15) disorders and diseases, including Lupus and that weekend that I rented the truck, I was sick the entire time with migraine headaches up to 5) days and got nothing done. No pne could drive the truck because their name was not on the contract. I hope that I can get refunded for the money that I spent and the work that never got done. It is only a matter of medical proof that my statement is true. Due the fact that I am on disability, and I don't get much. I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OR LET'S NEGOTIATE. IT WOULD REALLY HELP, BECAUSE I Have Exhausted my finances. I KNOW YOUR CORPORATE OFFICES UNDERSTAND, because st the end of the day, we are all just human. “Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”
