“I went to this Cricket store yesterday with my 6 yo. daughter to purchase a new Iphone since my screen had shattered.Brittany the rep behind the counter had amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable.She was so helpful navigating and setting up my new phone, transferring my contacts, password’s and my gazillion photos I have over in to my new iphone 13.It took some time but it was all well worth it!All the while, Brittany maintained friendly customer service, calm and professional. “There were a lot of employees doing a lot of nothing in this store. I was helped promptly but most employees were busy watching tv or playing on phones. My first two visits were frustrating as no one seemed to know what they were doing. Very young employees that seemed annoyed by my presence. After two trips in my issues were still not resolved but on 3rd visit a young man named Tyler was very helpful and did all he could to make sure I was taken care of. I have nothing against young people but this group did not seem as interested in customer service as most AT&T reps I have dealt with at my Joplin MO store. But the end result was just fine and that’s what matters.”
