“From the time I became a customer at AT & T I'VE HAD HUG PROBLEMS, BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY IT'S THE NON-EMPLOYEES WHO SCREWED UP MY PLAN FROM THE GO, I WENT TO TARGET AND A YOUNG GIRL GOT ME STARTED, BUT SHE DIDN'T KNOW EVERYTHING THAT YOU EMPLOYEES KNOW, AND THAT'S WHERE ALL THE PROBLEMS STARTED, NOT YOUR REAL WORKERS, SO I SAY YOUR REAL WORKERS FOR AT&T SHOULD ONLY BE THE ONE'S REALLY SELLING & PROMOTING AT&T ONLY, I'M A STATE WORKER AND I AM SUPPOSE TO GET A HUGE DISCOUNT WHERE I WORK, BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE & IT'S THE REASON MY PHONE BILL IS SO EXPENSIVE, NOW I I WANT TO KNOW AS AN CUSTOMER HOW CAN AT&T MAKE IT RIGHT FOR ME, I WAS CONTEMPLATING ON LEAVING.......”

“Let me just say that Jessica and Andre are truly gifts from heaven above! After having had issues with the Georgetown location during my initial account nsetup, and all of the driving I had to do in order to receive the products that I had been promised by an associate from another location, my mind is at ease since they handed me back my Texas Driver's License. And their store isn't even the store location that my ID was left. It just so happened that they noticed me and asked if zi had lost my ud⁶⁷w6”

“T-mobile is the best service provider we've ever use. Way better than Verizon or AT&T. Not just the commitment to providing the best service at the best rates, but also for the exceptional customer service. My phone was giving me problems. A SIM card issue Michelle told us to bring it in and we will geta new one no at charge. When we came back with my phone Omar helped us. He was very pleasant and personable. It was New Year's Eve about 1 hour til closing. He was patient and generally happy to help us. I was supposed to get a digital SIM card, but my phone model didn't have that capability. I was not charged for the new one. We talked and joked a bit. Very pleasant experience.Thank you for your time,Ray D.”

I was grateful because that was the fourth business that didn't have it displayed yet, and I was tired of driving around and looking. Plus they were very polite and up front about the wait as soon as I walked in. Anna S. was my assistance today and she was exceptionally helpful and insightful. “We went into this location for new phones (Christmas gifts). Our representative was Ana. She was amazing. Sandra held the fort down while Ana was occupied with us (We took a lot of Ana's time). We came in on a good day. Jim, the Regional Manager was there and he was a HUGE help. Thank you to both young ladies, Ana and Sandra, and to Jim for making our Christmas merry and bright.”

“Have had a rough year with carriers getting a good product for not too expensive. Most places never take accountability then just say sorry, instead of “I never said that”; not the case here?This store is clean, the manager is hands on/helpful, knows her stuff and very nice. Staff was highly trained Cat/Kat and Michael have helped me convert my business account and WiFi over to t mobile. Porting was easy got two line and two hotspots, love this store, great sense of humor and am a happy customer. This is the best customer service store I’ve been to honestly, the others have been a nightmare.*Update. Had an issue and called customer service, not the best 3 hour experience but when I came in the store Ingred helped me lower my bill and explained costs, very glad to be a customer will be porting over my other business lines soon. 10/10 These people actually give af.”

“Dani and Kellz really came through for me last week! I went in with a phone that decided it was done, and I was pretty distraught since I'm a medical courier and delivery driver. I NEED my phone to function to be successful in my careers. Dani worked on my phone, doing everything possible to get it to work again, but it was done, and I needed something RIGHT THEN, or I couldn't do my jobs. Kellz stepped in and they both made sure I had a new phone AND Wi-Fi before I walked out of the store!! Really saved me in a serious time of need!! Can't thank those 2 enough!! ????”

“This store is almost as good at arrogance, disrespect, and dismissal as the Apple Store at the Arboretum. They don't have a Genius Bar. They have a self proclaimed genius. Who is as hard to deal with as the Apple Genius Bar in the Arboretum. He will say he listened to what I said. I taught middle school students and he listened like a mouthy 7th grader. I actually went to talk to Verizon and they practice bait and switch shamelessly. PS. The Apple Store in Ann Arbor, Michigan was gracious, courteous, and helpful. I had to go there to get someone to help with my laptop.”

“This is a nice Walmart. The employees that I spoke to were helpful and friendly. I was able to find most of what I needed. As is usual with Walmart, there are so many things, sometimes it can be hard to find what you want because of distractions of other things you didn't even know you wanted! This Walmart has a grocery section also. It's a good place to go if you have a varied list. The prices are very good. They carry a lot of different items. I got a camping chair, a new shorts outfit, books, salsa, and the list goes on.I'm sure I will be back!”
