They are all very great at their job and know everything on my account & always makes me feel valued as a customer! One of the nicest tmobie store fronts I’ve been to in a long time. Tony was amazing setting me up with my next upgrade & Samuel did a great job too for my phone return. The manager, I didn’t catch her name (amazing hair) but she was so good at her job and handled a rush flawlessly! Great staff! Great customer experience! And that goes a long way these days. “I went to this Cricket store yesterday with my 6 yo. daughter to purchase a new Iphone since my screen had shattered.Brittany the rep behind the counter had amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable.She was so helpful navigating and setting up my new phone, transferring my contacts, password’s and my gazillion photos I have over in to my new iphone 13.It took some time but it was all well worth it!All the while, Brittany maintained friendly customer service, calm and professional. No matter if another customer walked in or needed her assistance she is a wonderful multitasker!Thank you Brittany for your time yesterday setting me on my new phone and for your amazing customer services skills.
