“Collision Craftsmen are great! I had a major ding in my brand new Defender that I was really pissed about but they made it look like nothing happened!They didn’t just do a light dent repair…they actually used a technique to heat the door’s metal and then iron out the ding from the inside to make it look brand new. And then of course they did a paint touch up.This route was a little pricier than a regular dent repair but I believe I paid my money’s worth a job well done.The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well…I will be back to have them implement some mods on my Defender.”

“So let's go back to September 2016.....When I was First introduced to Tom Peacock Nissan. I then purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra drove it off the lot with only 10 miles on it! Not at all what I wanted but due to certain circumstances ? it's what I chose to settle for. Fast Forward to December 2018, my car started driving weird ? to where it wouldn't go past 40 MPH!! FOOT ON THE PEDAL TO THE FLOOR, and I could only drive 40 MPH that's it! So I took this 2016 Sentra back to Tom Peacock which it was still under warranty. The service team diagnosed my car for a total of 3 hour's only to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car and they couldn't find anything. Yea right that was a lie. Fast Forward to October 2021 and it really started driving bad to where it wouldn't go past sometimes 20 MPH and alot of hard jerking whole driving. Mind you this just happened out the BLUE! NO ⚠️ AT ALL! So now it was like what am I to do being that I only have(had) a year left to pay on the car AND THE TRANSMISSION HAS GONE COMPLETELY OUT!!. So I had my mother to call Tom Peacock and explain all this cause at that point I didn't have anymore patients to speak with someone ? She was told by a Salesman by the name of Darrick Harris that I could come in and he would have a car for me and not to worry! Well December 15, 2021 I went in thinking hard and praying hard like is this really gonna work out! Long story short it did???? Darrick Harris sold me a 2021 Nissan KICKS SV!! It has everything that I wanted and more! Even the exact color I asked for! It was a very long process but thank God I made it! I now love this Nissan Kicks! It's perfect! Didn't think I would be back with Nissan but here I am with a better interest rate and shorter term! Very much Appreciated Tom Peacock you all didn't let me down this time and might I add I got some Freebies too! Thank you Darrick Harris??????”
