“Huge shoutout to Autozone here in Fairfield! Took my 5 year old car in with original battery needing a new one after having to jump my car twice today. The battery was SO corroded that it was no easy task. At one point there were 4 guys around the hood of my car trying to break through the corrosion. It was so hot outside yet they remained positive and determined and they were not going to give up. They were also very sweet offering me a chair to sit on and a cool place inside to wait (I’m 6 months pregnant) but I like to watch these kinds of things to learn and I also felt bad for them sweating buckets and working so hard so I stuck with them. About an hour later they found success and off I drove with a new battery!! ?? I’m so thankful for Rolando, Trent, Cal, and Will. Top notch customer service with hearts that truly cared for this stranger. They earned a customer for life!”
