Only wlamart had a better price but none of the stores around me had it in stock. At batteries plus I got a great price, and the employees call you to double check that was indeed the correct battery for your vehicle which to me is great customer service.”

“About three months ago, I brought a new battery for my key fob. Unfortunately, it stopped working just as I was entering the hospital. When my son couldn’t locate the original receipt, he returned to the store to purchase a new one. TheIB employee was not only courteous but he also replaced the defective battery for free, no questions asked. Thank you, Interstate Battery!”

“This is the parts house you want to go to. Easy to get to, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Walked in with a dead battery and they checked it and offered to charge it for FREE. All while being really nice and. They were understanding and could tell I was stressed and helped me figure out the solution quickly. “I shop here regularly. People are never friendly. Could use a friendlier staff and a little more knowledgeable ... and the store needs a permanent line space area. Like the one they have at Autozone. My last visit, 3 of us made a line for the next available employee. New customers made a different line . I was not going to allow someone to cut in front of me. Especially after being in said line for 15min!”

“Purchased a Gates K061020 serpentine belt for my 1995 ford E250, 5.8 liter, GVWR over 8800lbs. Part would not fit, the length was too short. Marquese double checked the number and the online information showed it was correct. We measured the belts side by side and the length appeared to be several inches too short. Marquese checked stock and returned with several more of longer length. We compared all of them and I chose the one that was just slightly shorter than the old belt. I installed it and it fit perfectly. Part number was Gates K061045. Great service Marquese!”

“Helpful and knowledgeable employees but they were unprepared. I went to have my alternator checked and found out both my battery and alternator were bad. When he tried to jump me using the stores charger(which usually works straight away) my car wouldn't start. Come to find out the charger wasn't charged! They took it to the back to charge but it charged so slowly that after one hour I was officially stranded. I had to have someone meet me to jump me. I hope from now on they will charge the machine every night after closing regardless of the level so it is 100% every morning, ready for the day.”
