“I had a battery but I wasn't sure was still under warranty. That I had bought from another O'Reilly's. Sure enough I took it in and Chris the manager tested it and it was a bad cell. To my surprise it was a completely free trade out and then they installed it for me also. I couldn't have been more happy especially on Christmas Eve to get something like that done so easily so painlessly absolutely amazing customer service all the way around thanks guys for saving my Christmas”

“So this manager, Devvon Greer, at the treaschwig store is a serious keeper. The kind my company would love to recruit. Going above and beyond the normal parameters of service is something you rarely see these days. I came in to get a part to fix a headlight on an old Nissan. Even the mechanic at our property could not figure it out. Devvon was not willing to give up and soon came up with a solution. Very impressive.
