My service advisor Robert kept me well informed every step of the way. The body tech Thomas pointed out issues I wasn't aware of and addressed them to make every line up seamlessly. The paint crew Daniel & Letty did an extremely amazing job on the quality of the paint, it didn't even look this good when it was new! I first took our vehicle to first choice Collision on hwy 105 in conroe was highly disappointed in the matter in which they wanted to handle our repair. Before even looking at the vehicle they were discussing totaling out the vehicle. This was not an option for our family. Israel knew my concerns for the safety of my daughter in her vehicle, Milstead repaired the vehicle in a timely manner. I had serious concerns that the car would be totaled out. “I needed some minor cosmetic work done after scuffing up my new car in a couple places, like an idiot. I chose Woodlands Body Shop based on proximity to my home and also these reviews, and they did not disappoint. My new car looks completely new again--they did exactly what they said they were going to do in the amount of time and for the price they quoted. They gave me a couple options and did not push me towards either one. I didn't want to go through insurance and I think what I paid for the service was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I won't need any more body work done but if I do, Woodlands Body Shop will get my business.One minor point, beware of the online booking link offered by Google; I don't think it connects with the shop's system. I made an online booking for the initial quote but when I came in they didn't have any record of that. They were able to help me right away anyway (another point in their favor) but I recommend calling the shop direclty.”

My car was slammed to the ground so I had to get brakes, rocker panels, new front bumper retainer clips on my TRD Camry. They did a phenomenal job of making repairs.
