I chose Woodlands Body Shop based on proximity to my home and also these reviews, and they did not disappoint. They gave me a couple options and did not push me towards either one. I didn't want to go through insurance and I think what I paid for the service was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them to anyone. “I have used Dan's Automotive Center for years and can say I if you needany kind of service this is the place to take your vehicles. Last week my 2006 Chevy Silverado burnt out the transmission. I had it towed to Dan and he had it replaced in 4 days. The only reason it took that longwas due to Thanksgiving day holiday and and was waiting on replacementtransmission to arrive. They always work extra hard to service your problemas soon as possible and along with the great friendly and quality service you at an affordable price, you will be on the road as soon as possible. Huge shout out the Zack, the new manager at the Pearland location who stepped up and ordered the part needed and directed me to the Spring location. I relocated from Pearland to Spring and 2 trips to Pearland only to be turned away was beyond frustrating. Zack made things right for me by contacting Mike the manager at the Spring location and he and his team took excellent care of me! I left their store with every issue addressed. “Great experience with this Fred Haas all around.My husband and I use their service for maintenance/oil changes (Dennis in the Service center ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)And figured to get my body repair work done here as well. I had cosmetic work done (under insurance) from a accident to my car. My husband was the one who initially came in and got the quote and he even said they were very friendly and the cheapest out of 7 collision centers he visited around spring. I brought my car in after our decision making and Jesse was who assisted throughout the whole process. He communicated with me and my husband throughout the whole way. I also got a rental car from Fred Haas rental and I can’t remember their names but the two men that work there were exceptional! Very very sweet and great customer service.
