I visited the store regarding my 2014 Ford F-150 Limited and initially requested a Road Force balancing. Instead of simply proceeding with the service, Jacob took the time to carefully inspect my tires and explained that they were out of shape. He clearly outlined my options and made it very clear that the final decision was entirely up to me.
What stood out most was that he did not pressure me into replacing all four tires. His approach was honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Based on his professional advice and transparent explanation, I confidently decided to replace all four tires.
Jacob also ensured I received a very competitive price on the Pathfinder tires (285/45/22), which I truly appreciate.
