“My next door neighbor had 2 bad tires on the front of her car she called him he gave her a price she wanted me to with her because some shops try to over charge or try to tell them that this and that's wrong with their car when we pulled up Cruz and his helper came out she told him that she talked to him earlier on the phone and they went right to work she was out in about 20 min she didn't know that Cruz didn't expect cards but he allowed her to take the car and go to the store to get cash to pay him in my book Cruz is best place to any tire that you need great prices very friendly”

“We were travel to a funeral and our car developed a horrible noise in the wheel. The local Ford dealer told us we could come in but they couldn't guarantee service that day. Lanes had us come straight over, put it right on the rack and determined we had picked up a rock. Got us safely back on the road to the funeral and did not charge us a thing. Also gave us recommendations for camping in that area for a future trip”

“I was able to go to the waiting area as soon as I dropped off my keys. It was clean and they had the tv set for family viewing. I hadn't seen the Andy Griffith show in over 50 years so it helped keep my mind off the time. I was kept aware of the progress on my car and the necessary repairs were discussed before I gave permission to go ahead. The went over the details and asked if there were any questions. I paid and it was wonderful to feel safe driving home! All in all, the experience pretty great. All the guys were friendly, courteous and respectful.”
