“I came in for an oil change. I know that your sales people are taught to "upsale" other car maintenance services. So I got the brake fluid flushed and an alignment. You guys sell great tires ( I've bought them in the past for newer vehicles I've owned). But I think your tires are too expensive for an older SUV ( nearly 170000 miles on mine.) So I will look online for cheaper tires that will only last 40000 miles or so because I will probably sell my SUV when it reaches 200000 miles. The service was excellent , starting from the phone call I had with a very friendly employee- Mike. To the encounter and then even my pick up after the service. I had a nail in my tire with an air leak. I went to Firestone first, they brushed me off and told me they were too busy. ?? It was my first day of work - so I was already stressed. Then I called this place and they took me in right away, sent me back to work in an Uber and then even picked me up in an Uber after the car was ready. Everything was done within an 1-1.5 hours.I fully recommend coming here for your auto concerns, definitely don’t even try to hit up Firestone.”
