“After gateway gave us a run around and being charged twice in the same day for an alignment that didn't fix the issue, and tried to say truck needed $1800 worth of work not related to the issue. Three visits to them within less than two weeks. Finally took the truck to discount who has documentation and pictures that, not only are the two front tires two different sizes from the back tires but the back two tires are mounted backwards. Yet gateway kept saying nothing was wrong with the truck. The truck belonging to a couple in there 60s one who just had two heart surgeries and couldn't ride in the truck due to the wobble so bad. Discount resolved the issue for 250 dollars and a hour wait. Thank you discount for putting safety and your clients first!”
