“I was in Gallatin with my family for a soccer tournament today when I noticed I had a tire leak. I called Bowles because of the great reviews, and they were a locally owned company. Even though I was calling an hour and a half before they closed today, Phillip said he would work me in. Within a few minutes after I arrived they found the problem, and in about an hour I was on my way. Every person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I was kept informed. They are definitely a buttoned-up shop! They have a list on their sign with services offered, but don’t have the most important on that list, Customer Service.”

“I had gone in to get an oil change and ended up with an $800 bill. The service guy presented prices in a misleading way, even though I told him I couldn't spend more than $100 over the price of the oil change. I should have talked to the service manager before I left, but I was so upset I needed to get away from the situation. I will give the Marty W***** credit...he has tried to make it right. I now have a HUGE credit rather than a return of funds. I can't say I'll work with that CSR again, but I appreciate the efforts of the Service Manager to make things right!!! I'm looking forward to Mr. W***** and his team becoming a team I trust with my car!!!!”
“First time here, they were recommended by a friend. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I had a fluid leak, and instead of just quoting hundreds of dollars for a repair, they gave me options. When I arrived to pick up my car, they topped off the fluid reservoir and didn't charge me anything. Brian and the other two gentlemen I dealt with were friendly and courteous. I will wholeheartedly recommend these folks.”

They charged a service fee just to say it wasn’t fixable. Mr. Elzy didn’t charge a service fee. As soon he arrived he was locate the problem immediately. He is a good honest business. “I had a really bad experience with what an assistant service manager told me about pricing...& ended up with over an $811 bill, despite having told him I didn't need to spend more than $100 over the cost of the oil change. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I did speak to the Service Manager, and he offered me a couple of options, including a huge credit for future services, which we chose. As upset as I've been at the situation, I appreciate how willing Mr. Wilson has been to work with us to "bring us into the fold" as he says, of their family of customers. I look forward to working with him in the future to make this experience a distant memory.”

“Robert is kind, honest, and helpful. I hit a pothole and the right rear bumper and light came unhinged. I also had a flat tire on Monday, filled it, and it seemed to be holding air but I was concerned. Robert popped my bumper right back on and secured my light. Later he called to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong with that tire after trying multiple tests. When I picked up my car, he told me I didn’t owe anything to my surprise.
