“A fantastic locally owned furniture store. I became a customer after having driven by a hundred times and always admiring the beautiful furniture through the storefront. We were on the hunt for a specific piece (a hall seat with hooks and storage) and found exactly what we were looking for. “Our store experience was good, perhaps very good. The sales woman was helpful but not pushy. She had a good knowledge of the product and procedure. We purchased 2 pretty big ticket items.We are still waiting for the pieces to be delivered. Not a problem. We were told up front that they would be made to order and we are still in the time window for delivery as it was given. We will follow up after we receive and have lived with the pieces for a while.Our only complaint was that our preferred method of payment was not a method that the store accepts. We hope they will add this method of payment in the future. Because of that we are unable to benefit from the rewards offered by the card company we prefer to use. Namely, no Skymiles and it would have been a bunch.That not withstanding our experience was positive and we would recommend E F Brannon to our friends and family.”

He really takes his time with you and we never have felt rushed. He even stayed a little late to accommodate us, top notch service. He is very kind and professional. Highly recommend Don and this furniture store. The quality of their products are great and so is their customer service. Another gentleman even helped us out one time, because it was Don’s day off and he was also great. All of the staff is very friendly and always has a smile on their face.”

“I have heard about this furniture store snd wanted to visit it for some time. We were passing by one day and decided to stop and visit.The store is nice, large, and on one level. We were comfortable strolling through the store and seeing what was available.We stopped and talked to a nice lady about what we were looking for. He stayed focused on us the entire time and seemed like he wanted to help. There were other employees working and none of them interrupted him or tried to pull him away for some other reason. He set up a delivery date and didn't try too hard to get us to purchase an extended warranty. I am very pleased with my experience and will return when I need something.”
