“This place is a gem and I highly recommend this store to everyone! I was visiting from out of town and was drawn to the 'Life is Good' message. The owners Roy and Jacqui were incredibly helpful and fun to talk to, as was the lady that helped me at checkout. I was especially excited to find a funny white cotton t-shirt that wasn't see through - this is a really rare find in female fashion these days. It was also easy to find gifts for my friends and family, because there were plenty of options that appealed to everyone. I felt really good shopping here, because the story behind the Life is Good brand really speaks to me, they carry only high quality products, and I am happy to support a true mom and pop shop run by amazing people.”

“Madison rocks!!! She truly gets the fullness of customer service. There was a problem with looking my card up in their system, and she did EVERYTHING possible to figure it out. Seriously, she called the card company, the IT department, held my license and worked on it while I shopped around in the mall....everything!!! This situation (and flaw in the system) really had the potential to tick me off royally, but how in the world do you get mad when the associate does whatever it takes to make you happy??!! She's a keeper, VS. Anytime you get an associate who likes to problem solve, KEEP HER!!!”

“Stopped in yesterday evening to try and find some chino’s (finding good pants is always a task for me lol) and was kindly greeted by Richie who then was able to help me find what I was looking for with the right size and style. I was also given some helpful information from Matt who was also working about the style I was trying to go for. I ended up buying 2 pairs of chino’s and at checkout, Richie helped by providing ways to save money on my purchases, such as the J Crew credit card. They both provided extremely high-end customer service — I will definitely be back (great deals and reasonable prices)! Richie and Matt deserve a raise/promotion!”

“Had everything we were looking for at a decent price. It was a big chaotic as far as things being misplaced on shelves, probably from customers who can't be bothered to put things back where they got them when they changed their minds. The employees were helpful and seemed to be working at capacity to straighten up, but just couldn't keep pace with the crowd that day. Even though the checkout line was long to start out, they moved it along expeditiously so my back wasn't hurting too badly by the time I got back to the car. It's probably a bit of my own fault for not going sooner in the week! This is still one of my first stops when I'm looking for certain things.”
