The software he used to show us what the new door would look like on our house showing different door designs and colors (door and trim) was very helpful in the decision making process. Every appointment time they gave us from the initial consultation, the appointment for measurements and the actual install was met and/or exceeded. Our door was actually installed earlier than originally planned. The install crew of Tanner Poe and Kentral Brown was amazing to watch. They were efficient, friendly and professional. Tanner's attention to detail was incredible. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and their clean up was amazing. Matt even showed back up during the install process to see if we were happy. I have had several follow up calls from West Shore to see if we were satisfied.I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.”

“I used Rocky Tops Company for replacing my countertops. I read lots of reviews where they recommended Chastity Taylor to help if you were unsure of choosing countertops. I brought in a draw facing( color is a very light green) and requested Chastity based on reviews! She was awesome and has “ an eye” for helping me choose countertops!!!! She was able to look at all the colors in the room to connect together the best countertop for me!!!! I absolutely love my countertops and I give total credit to Chastity for direction. The compliments have been great, and people are amazed at the difference it made! The process/ including installation was A+, Chastity and the company were so efficient from beginning to end!!! The salesman, Ronny Lanham, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us a lot in making our decision about which refrigerator to purchase.We also would like to commend Cory and Dom, the men who delivered our fridge and hauled the old one away. It was a hard delivery -- very narrow doorways, a long way from the truck to the kitchen. They went above and beyond in making things go smoothly -- even to the extent of unhinging the door between our garage and living room and doing some disassembling of the fridge. “They have a large selection of real wood cabinets, windows and doors. We purchased our bathroom vanities and tops today. Prices were much cheaper than the big box stores. Very satisfied with our purchase.”

“Ollie's is one of those places that you have to be in the right mind to shop there. Although the store is sectioned off into products, those sections are normally very messy and unorganized. I feel like the "discount" they offer is pretty good on some products and not so good on others. As far as towels, blankets, and linen, their discount is pretty decent. As well as you can normally find great deals on holiday decor. But if you're looking for deep discounts on their electronics such as window air conditioners, floor heaters, and humidifiers/dehumidifiers, the prices are not any better than other stores. If you're okay with a lot of generic brands, the food section is full of discounts. My favorite sections, though, are the candles and the books. You can find really good prices in those areas.”

Been doing some pressure washing at ChattState and needed a couple of items for a quick repair!I have never been to any of these Ferguson locations, glad I stopped in, they have a huge selection in their plumbing section, building wise, they have a huge building that's broken down, Plumbing, Lighting, HVAC, and so on! “I found this place via a quick google search for vanity lighting. The only negative experience was missing the turn off the highway to get there. The showroom was stunning. There are so many options to choose from and that isn’t limited to lighting. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. We found what we wanted and our salesperson said she could ship it direct to our house as we lived an hour away. It arrived next day. We all know in this day and age that’s a milestone.
