“Our store experience was good, perhaps very good. The sales woman was helpful but not pushy. She had a good knowledge of the product and procedure. We purchased 2 pretty big ticket items.We are still waiting for the pieces to be delivered. Not a problem. We were told up front that they would be made to order and we are still in the time window for delivery as it was given. We will follow up after we receive and have lived with the pieces for a while.Our only complaint was that our preferred method of payment was not a method that the store accepts. We hope they will add this method of payment in the future. Because of that we are unable to benefit from the rewards offered by the card company we prefer to use. Namely, no Skymiles and it would have been a bunch.That not withstanding our experience was positive and we would recommend E F Brannon to our friends and family.”
