Our room was on level 0, and it was right next to the fire pit, so we could hear people out there as we were going to sleep, but it wasn’t too bad. Room was very clean, smelled nice, and was a nice size. Breakfast was not bad at all, better than your typical hotel breakfast, in my opinion. We were very pleased and will definitely be back.I only gave 4/5 because we weren’t there long enough to check out any of the amenities the hotel had to offer. I will gladly change my star rating when we come back and have time to check the place out more :-)”

AMAZING hotel compared to all the others we have stayed in. They actually had real hand soap, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the room was extremely clean, and breakfast was the best. Fresh ground coffee, great selection of creamers (I wish they had sugar free, but no one ever does, so I can't fault them for that), hot breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, yogurts, cereal, everything. I can't wait to stay here again.”

Was surprised as a Platinum Elite Member (after this stay Titanium...) that we didn't get upgraded, or at least it being mentioned. I can almost guarantee a room upgrade every time I stay at a Bonvoy hotel - if not they usually mention thank you for the loyalty but we don't have anything available. This time nothing was said. High level bonvoy members may want to consider a different location if the upgrades are important to you.”
“Completely renovated. Very nice. Great event venue. Warm Christian community with 100 hotel rooms. Facilities simultaneously host a wide array of ministries and welcome the general public very nicely also. Highly recommended.”
“We needed a place to stay after midnight on a long road trip. Expedia said there were rooms available, so I decided to just walk in and see. I was greeted very warmly and taken care of, the front desk person was extremely accommodating and very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find all the amenities and more that I would expect from a more upscale hotel, and my husband and I slept very well in a quiet and dark room. Is it luxury? No, of course not. But there was great hot water pressure, everything was sparkling clean, and there were plenty of in-room amenities like toiletries, a fridge with a small freezer space, a microwave, and a desk as well as a nice wingback chair and ottoman. The towels were thin but soft and clean. The hairdryers and coffee makers could use an upgrade. We didn’t partake of breakfast due to dietary restrictions, which is always disappointing but I’ve come to expect that. I also noticed in the building that there’s a nice balcony area that is set up for quiet reading or business/computer work. If I had been traveling for business, I definitely would’ve used that space.”

3695 Foothills Way, Fort Mill“Was not given the requested accommodations I was assured would be no problem on the phoneThe built in restaurant: Panchitos, was delicious and offered a variety of different Mexican food options, and their wait staff was helpful in finding our way around even more so than hotel staff. The hotel staff was either rude, or didn't no how to communicate with guests, some having a strong language barrier, making getting assistance difficultThe views from around the hotel (we were on the 10th floor) were beautiful and captured many rustic and commercial areas wonderfully, as well as Carowinds from one side. The rooms were shoddy at Best, and the proclaimed balcony was underwhelmingIt was, however, very close to the places we wished to visitRooms: Bathrooms were water damaged, rug was stained, there was no coffee maker or tub in the room as the pictures entailedThe wifi was not compatible with our switches, as it requires a closed browser authentication and the switch does not allow for this; so we were without shows, games, or nighttime noisesThe beds were, however, comfortable, and the shower pressure nice. We enjoyed the views from our tiny balcony, and watched from a plethora of cable television options to fall asleep. It was quiet, and other guests seemed nice.Food & drinks: There is a fantastic built-in a Mexican Restaurant called Panchitos on the ground floor who did not do us wrong, I highly recommend eating there at least one night if your visitNoteworthy details: Balcony is exceedingly narrow and poorly constructedGuest Services was not very helpful or cheeryThere are language barriers amongst the cleaning staff, and getting new towels or sheets was difficult”
