“This was my first time staying at this hotel and it definitely won't be the last. Customer service at check in was exemplary. Extremely personable, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure I had a quite room. I don't remember her name but I checked in on second shift. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The bed slept well, the hot water and water pressure in shower was awesome. Had a fridge and microwave in room. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance or short drive. Best of all this hotel was reasonably priced and great quality. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I'm in the Charlotte area. Thank you for a comfortable stay.”

“Overall, great stay for a work trip.The front desk staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Something I noticed that impressed me was when I billed a snack item from the market to my room, they didn't ask me for my room number. instead, they asked for my name. (I've seen it vary depending on the hotel) As someone who usually travels solo for work, I feel so uncomfortable saying my room number in front of other guests for security reasons. Not sure if thats usual practice at this hotel, but if so, I appreciate it!”
