“The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to give me local information and even remade my room key when I made the fatal mistake of accidentally putting it near my phone. Breakfast was well-stocked and well-attended- there was a large group already downstairs when I got there and I didn’t have to wait for any food.”

“Came here for work, would definitely come again.Best western pineville was easily accessible to Charlotte and South Carolina, the rooms were spacious clean and the area is around both restaurants and stores.Kristen was great at answering all questions I had and made sure that my check in process was seamless . She suggested different restaurants as well as answered my questions about the area. She was polite and went out of her way to ensure I enjoyed my stay.”
“Latesha at the front desk was really great and very attentive. When our shower wasn't working properly, Latesha made sure to have it fixed while we were out. It was a great stay. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were great as well.”
