I was having a problem with my phone while out shopping last week. I could not resolve the issue. I explained my issue to the young lady on duty at the AT&T store. She was so pleasant and professional. It took her seconds to resolve my issue. Thank you so much.

When I walked in the store I was immediately acknowledged and once the rep finished with his customer he assisted me. I told him what I was looking for and showed me the options and I made a purchase.

Not a bad store but when an employee tells you they have the inventory in stock before checking and then have you cancel your online order for the item and then turns out they don’t have anything really close to what you ordered is rather annoying and now you play a waiting game trying to find the item you ordered originally
