I typically avoid privately owned stores tending to stick to corporate AT&T stores as they typically have more capabilities.However, when a phone order I made online but looked for help at my usual corporate store, they told me they would not help me and that I needed to deal with the problem on my own with customer support over the phone.Dante was very talented and comprehensive in his knowledge of the AT&T system. He was incredibly helpful in getting my new phone activated before a trip to Montana.The store is nice if not small but still has a lot of accessories on hand. It's nice to have a phone store right around the corner and I'll be trying to drop by here in the future with any new issues.

I was having a problem with my phone while out shopping last week. I could not resolve the issue. I explained my issue to the young lady on duty at the AT&T store. She was so pleasant and professional. It took her seconds to resolve my issue. Thank you so much.

The only worker there was on her toes handling three customers at once she was one multitasking young lady. She deserves to be promoted. My visit was Sunday around 1 pm. I didn't get her name but she was running that store with efficiency and wisdom. She knew exactly what she was doing. And she deserves to be compensated for it! Killian rd location

When I walked in the store I was immediately acknowledged and once the rep finished with his customer he assisted me. I told him what I was looking for and showed me the options and I made a purchase.

Not a bad store but when an employee tells you they have the inventory in stock before checking and then have you cancel your online order for the item and then turns out they don’t have anything really close to what you ordered is rather annoying and now you play a waiting game trying to find the item you ordered originally

The manager (don’t know how) Glenn applied my phone trade in TO SOMEONE ELSE’S ACCOUNT and NEVER fixed the issue.After months of paying without seeing my trade in discount (because I was told it would appear on the “next bill” multiple times), I went to the store and received the equivalent of “What trade in?”. They had no records of the trade in and unless I could prove that I traded in a phone, that I literally HANDED to the store manager, I was SOL.Luckily for me, I located one email that showed my trade in…under someone else’s phone number. I’m just glad that the email didn’t also go to the other person or I would have been completely out of luck on my $800 trade in.I was told that this was proof enough to fix the issue, yet weeks went by with no resolution. Glenn strung me along with fake claims that he was working on the issue when he very obviously wasn’t remotely worried about his blunder.Eventually I got tired of waiting for Glenn to do his job, so I called AT&T…and in an hour, a competent employee was able to fix what Glenn was “working on”.Glenn didn’t know that I had the issue resolved myself, so I should have received a follow up call from Glenn when he “fixed” the issue, since he was working on it right? Nope, not a single one. Don’t let the nice act fool you, he doesn’t care.

The guy Daniel was so rude today Sunday June 25th. As he unlocked the door for me. I told him I wanted to ask a question then he went into what is it that you need. What question!! I felt disrespected!! This is where I pay my bill to you guys on time. And I get poor service. It made me feel like I wanted to go to another Carrier service. So as ruly as he sounded I just turned away and left The place look Deserted like no one was there the doors was locked. This type of disrespect should not be Tolerated.

The guy on Killian Road, who is on duty June 4, 2023 at 3:15 pm, I don't know his name, is rude. Been in the store 3 times and he was rude 3 times. Everything that is going on with my account is AT&T fault, but he made it seem like it was mine. I called customer service and he told me I should wait until Monday. I just left because I am so upset. If I could give his customer service skills zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional. If he doesn't like his job or doesnt like working with people, he should quit. He get two thumbs down..

Not sure of the guys name working when I stopped in this morning (1/11/23) but very unprofessional. I walked in with upgrade questions and as soon as I walked in he let out a sigh like he didn’t want to help at all but the only one working. Then once I started asking questions he told me my decision was “stupid.” Drove 40 minutes one way just for this. I immediately left and will never be back. Definitely making sure people I know avoid this location. Extremely rude!

Daniel was the store rep and he was very unprofessional. When my wife greeted him and said hello how are you, he just responded, how can I help you. He was very short, never explained what he was doing to fix the phone. It was like my wife was a inconvenience to him for even coming in the store and no one else was in the store. I would love a call back from att to discuss this further. I am a loyal customer who pays on time every month. This type of service is unacceptable.

Daniel was incredibly unprofessional & disrespectful as he commented on my appearance with and without make up on. He didn’t care what we were looking to do with my husbands phone, only decent thing I will say is that we got in and out.

AT&T on Killian Rd is amazing. Daniel has amazing customer service. We went through hell and back to get a straight talk phone switched over to AT&T. Daniel had an amazing idea that worked. I highly recommend that you talk to Daniel when you come here.

I was offered a free phone charger if I bought a second screen protector. Bought it. Charger doesn’t work. I took it back to the store. Salesman had such a sarcastic attitude. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. They made me spend more money. Now I have a faulty charger from at&t. Don’t buy your charger from at&t.

Went in on a Friday afternoon. There was only 1 rep working when we got there. We got a phone but nothing else we got we authorize. He changed our whole plan to the most expensive without my knowledge and he added insurance to every phone on our account without consent. We got a email saying our bill went for $100 something to over $500!! Now we are having to get everything changed because he thought he was sneaky and could get commission
