“I made the mistake of going to the store in Harbison, big mistake, no employees, disorganized mess, two other shoppers, one stealing and one wondering why there was no one to help, store manager (I think) completely useless. Off to the Sandhills store! What a difference, smiling faces, helpful associates, clean store, difference of night and day. They were pleased to see me and I was happy to be there. The difference between the two stores is night and day. JC Penney! get your Harbison store in order and use Sandhill's as an example. I wouldn't go back to that store if the clothes were free. I'll make the drive to go to a store where they actually care.”
“It's a decent place for family members & service members to shop, but they seem to have lost its all perfect touch, compared to all other PXs on other bases. It may be one of the biggest there is compared to other bases, but they seem to be losing a lot of the spark it had to have you shop there. At one time, they closed down the phone store they had there, where you could get great deals. The gun counter is rarely open. The stores items are few in-between, its more on the end of shoes and clothes, when they used to have everything. They also added in self checkout now, but that makes it harder for those who use cash, and they have nothing but customer service open to purchase your items.”
“First time at this store. I enjoyed the experience. I see a lot of Christmas gift potential items here. The prices are low. Even though we did not find the tablecloth we were looking for we will be back again.”

But I shop here for the entire family and especially for gifts on holidays and special occasions. (name brand clothing, shoes, toys, team sport items, jewelry, health& wellness products, home decorations, wallets & purses) all at affordable prices...sometimes layaway is available”

He has a good eye for everything. Love his energy and his politeness. I love to see him every time that I am at Fort Jackson shopping around.”
“Ross Dress for Less in Columbia, SC is a great place to find brand-name clothing, shoes, accessories, and housewares at discount prices. The store is well-organized and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.One of the best things about Ross is that you never know what you're going to find. The merchandise changes frequently, so there's always something new to see. I've found everything from designer dresses to high-end appliances at Ross, all for a fraction of the retail price.The fitting room in the front of the store had a funny smell, as the fitting rooms in the back were closed due to staffing shortages.”

“My church, Seacoast Columbia, operates a food pantry and homeless outreach. Several volunteers are cooking turkeys for the annual homeless Christmas Dinner in downtown Columbia, SC. We couldn’t find turkeys and when we did the prices were extremely high. One of the volunteers searched for turkeys near us online and Target came up and your prices were reasonable. Thank you for saving the day.Grateful!”

“Very clean and organized store. The only problem I would say was products being in the wrong place. Most of the tags were wrong, which could cause a problem when getting to the register. I did notify the employee because I used to manage a Family Dollar in my teen years, and that was a huge problem. A customer will argue that thru cam get it for the price on the tag. Especially if the shelf is fully stocked with said item. Other than that, one of the best stores I've been to in the area!”

“I went in Homegoods today and made a few purchases. One of the items was a HUGE rug. Selena and Angie placed it along with a chair in my car flawlessly. They executed it so perfectly. When I got home, that rug was a beast to get inside. I don't know what kind of Wonder Women ??strength those ladies had but they made it look easy. Thanks ladies, you two were amazing. I can't wait to shop this store again. Next time, I'll get something light like towels or pillows.?”

“Big Lots, especially on St Andrews Rd is a clean, well stocked store in all Departments, to include Name Brand items. In fact they have many of the same items at a lower price than Target. I just bought my Christmas presents for all the adults on my shopping list. They have well trained cashiers and great Managers. If you ask for help they actually take you to the item. They have updated their store in all departments. I am overjoyed to have this Big Lots close to our home.”
