When I did later in the week, Aaron was out but Darnel helped me and again I experienced exceptional customer service. I received thorough step by step details including estimated cost and future billing. He set up my wife’s phone and we are not experiencing any issues. I had zero wait time both trips and I think in a time where many wonder in general where customer services has gone, I can tell you I found it at Cellular Sale. This is a positive business for Forest Acres.”

First and foremost, I can’t say enough about Mr. Quincy. Between the two Verizon stores it’s like night and day! Mr. Quincy greeted me as soon as I entered Verizon, I did not feel rushed, or felt like the priority was selling a cell phone plan for a quick buck! He answered all of my questions and concerns, and explained what my current plan still offered. If I ever need anything from Verizon, this location and Mr. Quincy is where I’ll be going to. “Just keeps getting better and wished I’d left AT&T years ago as I was with them 15yrs,paid numerous phones off and satellite and internet and got a iPhone 12mini a year&1/2ago called in twice about hardware before it was a year old and they wouldn’t budge and wanted me to pay $500 off on the phone and taxes on a new phone and I told them I wasn’t joking about leaving &would you pay for a broken phone that Appeltechs and4att techs said hardware was shot but they still wanted me to do and pay all that and I called T-Mobile and new phone free and paying less with insurance than at att w/o insurance lol”
