“After getting into my first car accident in over a decade a little over a month ago, I was so stressed and I had no idea where to turn. Insurance agencies try to push u into choosing to partner w their specific shops but I felt so clueless about which body shop to pick (esp since in my own experience, as well as many of my friends’, insurance companies in this area seem to team w the worst/lowest rated body shops that end up keeping your car for months and months b/c the insurance company pays them as soon as they submit their final claim work up). But, working w Dan and the entire team at Phoenix was an amazing experience. Obv no one wants their car in the shop but Dan made it as painless as possible. Esp when it came time to dealing w my ins so I didn’t have to. I had truly forgotten how much I loved my car and it looks legitimately brand new. I am beyond happy w how everything was fixed! “Given that all of the auto manufacturers have been on strike for so long, it was a reasonable amount of time before they were able to get the parts. They were excellent and keeping in contact with me as far as the progress of receiving the parts. Once the parts were in, it took them a reasonable amount of time to do the work and have my truck returned to me beautifully detailed inside and out. This is a great shop with really good people who work there. And I know that it’s hard to find good mechanics and auto body folks these days. Has all the diagnostic equipment, and, while it takes a little longer than, perhaps, bringing it to the "official" sources, his prices are (for Jaguars, anyway) reasonable, and the work is done to the highest quality and properly, the first time. If you're expecting marble floors and gourmet coffee, this isn't the place: it's a specialist garage (with occasionally interesting motors parked in the bays) that is focused on mechanics, not high-priced environment. If you need your leaper leaping again...Ross is the man. You won't be sorry.”

“Gene has always been up front and honest with my about any of my cars issues. He wont break the law and will tell you the truth. My family has been going to Gene for years now after having bad experiences with other mechanics taking sometimes upwards of two weeks to even touch our cars after we have dropped them off. Anything I go to Gene for he is able to tell me almost exactly how long it will take. He is very up front about pricing and will not cheat you, they will call if something changes or notice additional work will be require, and will not do the work unless you confirm the price is ok. Other mechanics I have been to myself have been good but to me, Gene's shop has been the best experience.”
