“Purchased a car almost 3 months ago, great purchase experience and a great salesman. No pressure and great service. I live in NJ and was told I would get a call when my tags were ready. Almost 2 months went by and I called to ask where they were. I was told 1 more week. Got a message that they were in and going to be overnighted. This was a Friday. Nothing came on Saturday, Sunday, Monday...... Had to call on the following Thursday and the woman who answered chuckled and said she forgot. Really? My temp tag was over a week past expiration. Finally got my tags the next day. Communication is key, please try to improve the process. Thank you.”
