“I went to Mike Piazza Honda today and they were very nice to me. My warranty did not cover the repair as had been anticipated. This was going to cost me over $400 that I did not expect to pay not only did they work out a payment plan with me, but they even took a few dollars off and that was directly affecting their profit but they did that anyway, I thought the manager Joe was really nice and very respectful. The other manager Mike was not there today, but he was really great too. I wish that I had bought my Honda CRV from Mike Piazza. I had gotten it in another location because someone I was in a relationship with had a contact in the car business. Going forward I am probably going to do everything with Mike Piazza Honda. It's a really nice place everybody there tries their hardest. Customer service was wonderful as well. I think they're a class act.”
