“Great people, better service. My 2016 Nissan Rogue's air bag dashboard light kept coming on and off. I took the Rogue to the dealer and all they told me was I'd have to replace the passenger seat which had the sensor assembly sealed in the seat - total cost $3400. I decided to get a second opinion and a mutual acquaintance recommended Rick's. They were able to remove the existing sensor unit from the passenger seat, inspect and clean the contacts, then verify that the unit was generating all the correct codes for less than $200! Almost 2 months went by and I called to ask where they were. I was told 1 more week. Got a message that they were in and going to be overnighted. This was a Friday. Nothing came on Saturday, Sunday, Monday...... Had to call on the following Thursday and the woman who answered chuckled and said she forgot. Really? My temp tag was over a week past expiration.
