“After getting into my first car accident in over a decade a little over a month ago, I was so stressed and I had no idea where to turn. Insurance agencies try to push u into choosing to partner w their specific shops but I felt so clueless about which body shop to pick (esp since in my own experience, as well as many of my friends’, insurance companies in this area seem to team w the worst/lowest rated body shops that end up keeping your car for months and months b/c the insurance company pays them as soon as they submit their final claim work up). But, working w Dan and the entire team at Phoenix was an amazing experience. Obv no one wants their car in the shop but Dan made it as painless as possible. Esp when it came time to dealing w my ins so I didn’t have to. I had truly forgotten how much I loved my car and it looks legitimately brand new. I am beyond happy w how everything was fixed!
