“I needed a remote starter replaced on my 2015 Camry. I have been looking for someone to replace just the Viper remote and had a hard time from Viper the manufacturer. They directed me to other certified dealers who sold their product which I thought was very strange. This is how I stumbled upon Hot rides. I've passed the business many times as I don't live very far but had no idea what type of services they provided. After having a not so pleasant experience with another Viper dealer in Bensalem over the phone I decided to call Hot Rides and spoke to Hector. honestly, I could tell after the conversation that this was the place I would at least try to get this service done. He was very transparent over the phone and informed me I would need to leave a deposit for them to place the order and I understood the risk they had with ordering the product and me changing my mind. So I went ahead with it. It came back in a short time. Though it took longer than they thought it would to program, they were able to figure out that I needed an additional part which they did have. I appreciate them not charging me extra since I had already paid for it up front and normally it required it. They stayed past their business hours to get the job done. Im happy i was able to get this done with the cold weather creeping in. I would not lie to you, having the ability to warm or cool your w/o going outside is well worth the money. Its the little things in life sometimes that make you the happiest. I would definitely recommend this place to all my ladies out there. The staff is very friendly and I think trust in any industry is very hard to come by, but especially for a woman with any car issues. Hector educated me on my difficulty in finding a vendor who could order the product and what was causing the delay in getting it to work. Give Hector or any of the guys at Hot Rides a call if you want a remote starter kit before we get snow. They will recommend the best brand they carry. Always do your homework.”

He told me everything I needed to know and was very patient throughout the process of me getting the other insurance party to go out for the appraisal and to finally go out and pick up my (totaled) vehicle that's been in their lot since 01/05/2024.
