“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! “My right front passenger window was broken into in Philadelphia. The team at Caliber Collision, specifically Christine, was quick to assist me. She was extremely warm, reassuring me that everything would be okay. She acquainted me with what the repair process would look like and was able to schedule a window repair appointment for the next day. In the meantime, she asked the service team to wrap my window (for free) to hold me over for the night since the repair wouldn't be until the following day. Her customer service was amazing, and I wish that service like this could be offered everywhere. Just know that the workers here are willing to assist you to the best of their ability. “Got my car towed there after an accident and was waiting on insurance. They were really helpful since this was my first accident and I had no idea what to do and I have no family nearby. I just filed my claim and they took care of the rest. My insurance ended up totaling the car, but the owner and front desk lady never treated me any differently even though he was getting a significantly lower payout from this, helped me get my things, and said sorry for my loss. Really great, 10/10 will absolutely go again if I ever need work.”
