“My car broke down in the Costco parking lot and my car was stuck in reverse. I called AAA and 3 different tow companies declined me. Stephan came out and literally saved me. After over 5 hours of waiting for a tow truck from AAA, the call got sent to Stephan, within the hour he got to me and my car and got it started. He followed me to my mechanic shop to make sure I got there safely and was able to calm my nerves. All over a wonderful guy and would recommend his services to anyone!Service: Transmission”

“Second time I brought my BMW here and they did what needed to be done. No overcharging. These other reviews are strange, some "one star" for waiting. Who waits? They have loaner cars or Lyft. I've had BMWs for 10 years and serviced Devon, Ft Washington and a private tech. I have head great service and pricing here. Better than Devon. If u buy a BMW you should be ready to maintain and it ain't cheap. As owner you should understand what you should go to dealer for vs private shop.”

“I used Pep Boys for the first time in East Norriton Pennsylvania. The website was a lot to go through so I ended up just calling in to ask a few questions on what they had there and capabilities because I needed a new tire quickly. They took the time to search the shop what was lying around that would fit my car. I wasn't sure if it would need an alignment, etc. Once I dropped by car off for them to look at, they had my car ready quickly and even let me know my car didn't need an alignment. I was impressed they didn't try to charge me for extra services. I definitely recommend this location.”
“I got to Century Auto Body at 4pm on a Friday for help with my front bumper that had gotten detached. Andy helped me out and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! Above and beyond service! Andy patiently explained the car issues and gave me real good advice on maintenance.
